Since event tickets are purchased in a free and fluctuating Market, the ticket prices displayed are subject to change at any time. For up-to-date, current prices, please call or consult our website.

All ticket prices are guaranteed at the time an order is placed, and payment is received.

100% full payment must be received in order to guarantee a ticket purchase except by the prior agreement of the management of Fantastic Tickets LLC.

A confirmation receipt will be issued upon full payment.

Tickets are usually dispatched between seven & twenty one days before the event (subject to the order date). For a more accurate dispatch time please contact our sales team nearer the time of the event. However in certain instances tickets are only issued between 12 hours and one (1) week before the event.

Whilst every effort is made to deliver the tickets to the appropriate address, there will be on rare occasions situations beyond Fantastic Tickets LLC's control where it will be necessary for a representative of Fantastic Tickets LLC to deliver the tickets to the customer immediately prior to the event.

Tickets for major sporting events will be available for dispatch/collection at the Fantastic Tickets LLC.'s offices in the country the sporting event is being held. The buyer will be informed of this at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to collect tickets from that office, if agreed. Fantastic Tickets LLC cannot be held responsible for the non-collection for whatever reason.

If your credit card payment is declined we will continue to run the payment for 7 days before your order is automatically cancelled, unless you advise us otherwise.

We reserve the right to security check all orders and may request that proof of your address is sent to us.

Fantastic Tickets LLC reserves the right to provide ticket upgrades at no extra cost to the client.

Accepted forms of payment are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and cheque (made payable to "Fantastic Tickets LLC.")

Tickets will be dispatched using US post in the USA, Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK and FedEx International Couriers for overseas deliveries. Should a delivery window not be available local ticket collection points will be allocated for all games or events.

Fantastic Tickets LLC will not be responsible for event postponements or event cancellations of any kind. This includes changes in event date, event time, and venue change and weather conditions. ALL TICKETS PURCHASED ARE FINAL!!

Because Fantastic Tickets LLC. Source tickets for sold out events there will be occasions when the specific location of the ticket is not available, on this rare occasion a CREDIT NOTE will be issued for the difference between the tickets purchased and ticket provided. The CREDIT NOTE can be redeemed at any time within a 12-month period against future events.

Fantastic Tickets LLC is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of finding and providing tickets for admission to events worldwide.

Fantastic Tickets LLC is not affiliated with any box office.

Fantastic Tickets LLC will accept payments for tickets. All payments will be taken in USD $ or any stipulated currency. This will also appear on your credit card statement.

We endeavour to supply all group bookings in seats together, where this service is unavailable Fantastic Tickets LLC cannot be held responsible.

CHANGES IN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Fantastic Tickets LLC the owner and operator of Fantastic-Tickets.com and affiliated websites, reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Posting updated Terms and Conditions on this site will make the new Terms and Conditions effective immediately and binding on all users of this website without exception. Therefore, please check this page of the website periodically for updates.

THE CONTRACT
The provision of entertainment packages and related hospitality services by Fantastic Tickets LLC. are expressly conditioned upon the booking terms and conditions set forth below (also referred to as the "contract"). Any terms and conditions proposed by you in addition to, or in conflict with these booking terms and conditions are expressly rejected by Fantastic Tickets LLC.

These Booking Terms and Conditions shall constitute a binding agreement and contract between you, your company and Fantastic Tickets LLC. You accept the terms and conditions of this contract when you confirm the requirements of your order verbally, in writing, by either a booking form, letter, email, purchase order or facsimile.

Fantastic Tickets LLC. Is a registered company in the state of Delaware. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws of principle; it shall be enforced exclusively in the appropriate court and you specifically agree to accept such jurisdiction and waive any objections to United States jurisdiction over you; if any provisions or portion of a provision is held to be invalid, illegal or enforceable, such provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be effected or impaired in any way; if any legal proceedings of any nature are brought by Fantastic Tickets LLC. Because of breach of or to enforce or interpret any of the terms of this contract, Fantastic Tickets LLC. shall be able to recover from you its reasonable solicitor’s fees and other associated costs; this contract, together with the description of services provided by Fantastic Tickets LLC on its invoice, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces and supersedes all agreements, promises or understandings, whether written or oral, and cannot be modified unless in writing and signed by the General Manager of Fantastic Tickets LLC.

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PAY
If payment is not received within the time limits in clause 1 above; this will be in breach of the contract by the client entitling Fantastic Tickets LLC to treat the contract as at an end, and re-allocate the corporate hospitality facilities, bookings and/or tickets without informing the client. In the case of Fantastic Tickets LLC treating the contract as at an end, Fantastic Tickets LLC shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the total booking cost shall become immediately payable by the client to Fantastic Tickets LLC. This is without prejudice to Fantastic Tickets LLC rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Fantastic Tickets LLC.

CANCELLATIONS OR VARIATIONS BY THE CLIENT
All Sales are final. Fantastic Tickets LLC will purchase tickets on-behalf of the customer. When an order is placed we will then make a financial outlay to source the tickets. The request of cancellation and refund must be made in writing. We will view each case on its own personal merits. We normally only refund up to a maximum of 50% of the total amount paid, in special situations.

ALTERATIONS TO ADVERTISED PACKAGES
Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages and events, but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed for any cause which Fantastic Tickets LLC at its absolute discretion, shall consider to be just and reasonable. Fantastic Tickets LLC has the right to change the prices in force at any time. When such price is more than advertised, the difference must be paid before services are rendered. If Fantastic Tickets LLC increases the price; the client shall be entitled to cancel the booking by giving written notice to be received by Fantastic Tickets LLC within seven (7) days of the announcement of the change. In this event, the client shall be entitled to a full refund of any invoice or part invoice paid. All packages and bookings offered are subject to availability.

TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES
You agree to pay all sales tax or any other taxes, stamp duty fees or charges payable by Fantastic Tickets LLC relating to and/or in connection with the supply of services pursuant to this agreement.

PAYMENT OF ADDITIONS OR EXTRAS FOR A CLIENT
All accounts for services and goods provided at any event, which are not included in the inclusive booking cost, are due for payment within seven (7) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
(a) Fantastic Tickets LLC makes no warranties, and specifically disclaims any liability for any services provided by third parties; you agree to waive any liability against Fantastic Tickets LLC for the actions, whether negligent or intentional, of any third parties. Fantastic Tickets LLC agrees to act only as your agent and you agree to accept all liability associated with the delivery or use of services or goods provided under this contract, you agree to defend and indemnify Fantastic Tickets LLC against any and all damages, awards, penalties, or other liabilities of any nature whether the result of your intentional acts of negligence, Fantastic Tickets LLC negligence, or the intentional acts or negligence of third party persons.
(b) In any event, Fantastic Tickets LLC shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or their guests arising out of the booking. The limitations of liability shall also extend to any loss or damage sustained by property or belongings of the client or any guest or for further costs, damages or expenses incurred or suffered by the client arising out of the booking.
(c) Fantastic Tickets LLC will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of God, natural disaster or act of terrorism.

Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may cause a postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Fantastic Tickets LLC and accordingly no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss or enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made. Customers are advised to take out Rain Check Insurance with their own insurance brokers.
