Shipping & Returns
All orders received will be shipped on the next business day where we have stock available. For all US & EU orders, if your item is not available from stock, you will receive a booking confirmation, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date and the shipping method.
For large orders, at our discretion, and for any orders outside the EU, we reserve the right to make additional security checks, for which purpose we may contact you via email or phone. You will be informed if these procedures affect your order.
Delivery: We plan to deliver within 1-2 weeks of order, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. You may track your order delivery status online as soon as we dispatch your goods. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone.
Shipping rates are based on order value and delivery address.

Hand Delivery To Your Hotel

THE SHIPPING RATE IS FLAT SHIPPING RATE PER ORDER,
NOT PER TICKET
Please note that should you choose the "UK insured special delivery" option, and ask us to send your tickets to a UK hotel, we will only be responsible for your tickets up to the point of delivery. If the hotel misplaces your tickets once their staff has signed them for, then all insurance will be void and we will not be held responsible for replacing your tickets.
If you require delivery to a UK hotel, we would STRONGLY advise you to select the "Delivery by hand to your hotel" option. With this option, should the tickets become lost prior to being handed to you, we would bare the full cost of replacing your tickets.
Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.
Customs and Duty
Please note that shipments to some parts of the world may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
RETURNS
Fantastic Tickets LLC wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that you are not absolutely delighted with your order please see our Returns Policy below.
Damaged Goods
All our parcels are carefully packed by hand. Should your order be damaged in transit please save all packaging and contact sales@fantastic-tickets.com giving us details of your order and a description of the damage.
Delivery Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or the goods are damaged, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred by you. In all other circumstances where Fantastic Tickets LLC is not at fault, delivery costs will become your responsibility.
